PROJECT : AMGEN Up-Rating Of E Station, Sabarmati Torrent Power Station,

DCS & 132 KV Switchyard SCADA, Gujarat, India.

Job Responsibilities:

.Responsible for ensuring the safe and successful execution of Erection and

Commissioning activities.

Analysis and modification of Instrumentation drawings such as Location layout,

P&ID, Hook up drawings.

Commissioning, Calibration and loop checking of field instruments connected to

D.C.S.

Quality Analysis Test of impulse line and other associated tubing.

Installation of Analyzer panels

Develop and coordinate detailed work execution plans.

Monitor and evaluate performance in relation to overall job schedule, costs and

quality

Coordinating with site and erection manager to ensure adequate work quality for

the main client.

PROJECT : Stand alone PLL2 TT Praxair Gas plant Mumbai.

Calibration of Control valve, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters,

Pressure gauges.

Erection and allocation of junction box, Field instruments in site.

Infrastructure systems installation including cabling, marshalling panels,

instrument air/gas tubing and impulse line piping work.

Installation, termination & commissioning of indicators, transmitters and

controllers, valves & other field instruments.
