I maintain general accounting associated with the business, review sales figures, profit & loss statements. I advertise and market the business, through social media and local benefits that we support. I sell advertising on our buzztime network.

I was in direct contact with the CEO and programmer to implement a smoothly run operating system. I was the Liaison for the end users to the programmer to assess and correct any imperfections within the system. I uploaded data from the DCSI server to assist in completing all labor transaction from previous days. I downloaded all PTF’s from IBM and Mapics Software to upgrade the system weekly. While working for this corporation I was able to understand the inter-workings of several departments within the organization including; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Auditing, Cost Accounting, Exporting, Inventory Control, Planning, and Purchasing. I wrote and edited material used for training purposes. I used the materials I wrote to train new hires for each of the departments.
