Mill operator (to grind flake into powder through 20-200 mesh screens).

As an operator I am required to prepare the Extruder and the Mill which

includes disassembly, cleaning then reassembly .When completed I will run

a start up to

send to quality control to assure the clean up was good and the product

meets specifications .Once approved the job is ran on the Extruder .Then it

is taken to the Mill

where the extruded flake is ground to certain specifications and approved

by quality control .Then packed into containers for shipment.

Pre-batch - Make up the mixes which include partial material that needed to

be weighed.

Mixing - Load product into container according to batch sheet. Mix

according to batch sheet.

Extruder operator- 65mm twin screw. Prepare product to be extruder

according to control log. Extrude product and send start up to quality

control. Once approved run the job.

Mill operator - Mill flake to proper specifications. Pack into containers

for shipment.

Additional Information

My past work experiences includes crane operator, furnace operator,

material handler and shipping. I also worked for a printing company which

included printing press helper, cutter operator, folder, inserter,binder

and driver.
