Please accept my enclosed resume in regards to the application for a Software Developer

(BBM) position at Futurestep. I am confident that my education has prepared me for this

position and my abilities will enable me to contribute towards your objectives.

Next April, I will graduate in computer engineering at the University of Ottawa. My university

education has allowed me to acquire numerous knowledge in the domains of science,

electrical engineering and software engineering. Courses related to software engineering and

computer networks are the ones that interested me the most. Indeed, in addition to multiple

software courses, I chose programming paradigms and software development as elective

courses.

Furthermore, during the last year, my partner and I have been working on a final project,

which is part of every engineering programs. Our project consists of a mobile application that

would allow the university members to locate each other on the campus map. Our application

is running on Android and Java is used in the development of our application. Also, SQL is

used for the management of our database. This project allowed me to put into practice the

notions of software development acquired during my studies at the university. The

development process consists of steps such as the requirements analysis, design,

implementation and testing.

I also detain a rigorous work methodology and have a good learning capacity. I am a reliable

person actively involved in my work and will be able to accomplish the tasks that will be

entrusted to me.

Project

The last year of computer engineering program includes the design of a significant computer

engineering system (management, analysis, design, implementation, testing, quality assurance and final

report). Our project consists of a mobile phone application that would allow the members of the University

of Ottawa to locate each other on the campus map. In this project, I gained experience in the software
