Rewinding/Binding : Re-roll product off of press machines, into rolls of different qualities. 90% of the time containing sequence. Binding books together with and without sequence.

Press assistant : Read job jackets to distribute stock, anilox, and mix inks for each press machine, keeping press run

time from stopping. Also break down press machines and wash out inks and return all equipment.

Press Operator: Operated 7" and 10" ten color Mark Andy press machines. Setting stock up with web guides and turns bars. Putting slitter wheels in place. Drop dies and make sure they cut properly. Add inks to process jobs and keep registration on jobs that are in roll form, fanfold form, and sheeter form. Also problem solving when faced

with a press issue.

House keeping : Sweeping, moping, organizing and fixing broken equipment.

Trainer : Trained new employees on job tasks.

Job Coach: Supervised handicapped adults on daily job duties. Made sure clients knew job task and how to complete them efficiently. Kept daily record of there progress and issues they faced.
