Certified Home Retention Consultant - Current

General Manager, St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store a 501 ©(3) entity (2007-

2010)

Responsible for the management, marketing, advertising, sales and organization

of the non-profit store, and its 35 + volunteers.

Mortgage Broker, State of Florida, (2003-2007) the company I represented

was known as a specialty niche Sub-Prime Correspondent Lender. The company

as many in the mortgage industry; closed its doors under the pressure of the

failing real estate market.

Vice President of Banking for eBizTransform Inc. (1995-2000)

An e-Commerce Company in Boca Raton which I was one of five partners, and

served as Consultant to the financial industry on a B2B platform.

My responsibilities included serving as liaison between bank principals, state and

federal governmental agencies for the procurement of bank operations and

processing procedures of the company.

I was known for my experience to negotiate, institute and augment policies,

procedure and regulatory standards so that banks may conduct business in their

state and on the Internet.

I am well versed in bank charters on a state, federal and privatized level and in a

multi state capacity. Prior to this position I was:

President/CEO of Potomac Electric Power Company Credit Union,

Washington, DC’s largest utility company. (1990-1994)

I was interviewed for the position by the Board of Directors and the NCUA, a

Federal agency governing Credit Unions.

I accepted the challenge after being chosen from a field of 83 applicants, and

became the first female President in the Credit Union’s 57 year history.

My technical expertise and knowledge of bank procedural, operational and

regulatory compliance provided critical guidance to the credit union that at the

time of my hire had been classified insolvent and under conservator ship.

Developing a plan that included Due Process of loan asset/liability portfolios,

surety bond and other areas that could identify operational anomalies,

NCUA approved my business plan and 5-year time frame for qualitive review.

I met the goal in 18 months, lifting the LUA (Letter of Understanding), voiding the

conservatorship status which upgraded the organizations C.A.M.E.L.S. rating

from its score of (5)-the worst, down to a 1.8

NCUA adopted my 5-year strategic plan as an example and template for other

ailing credit unions. I also served dual positions as:

Vice President - Branch Administration/ Director of Sales Management &

Training - Trustbank. (1986-1990) Tyson’s Corner, Virginia

Trustbank, previously known as Dominion Federal Savings and Loan, with assets

of 3.3 billion and 38 branches located in northern and southern regions of

Virginia.

I was responsible for the management, administration, sales and production of

revenue for the 38 branch network, with assets over $535 million in my region.

As a licensed agent in Life and Health Insurance, in the State of Virginia, I

was the Company’s only tri-title holder of Trustbank

1. Assistant Vice President of the newly formed Trustbank Insurance Company

in addition to the roles of

2. Vice President of Branch Administration and as the

3. Director of Sales Management and Training.

During this time, I successfully commissioned the OTS and the FDIC to allow

Dominion Federal /Trustbank to engage in the sale of annuities. At the time,

these investment vehicles were only obtainable and transferable through a

licensed Insurance company and a state licensed agent, thus, the creation of our

new Insurance Agency.

This venture required newly written amendments to the bank’s charter and

bylaws, and led me to pioneer a program managing and supporting over 80

newly-licensed agents.

District Manager - Carteret Savings Bank, Morristown, NJ. (1985-1986),

Responsibilities included surveying demographic areas as new potential branch

sites, acting as principal liaison with contractors on facility design, security

system design, branch staffing, new branch operating procedures, business

development, strategic planning, media saturation, advertising and the overall

profitability of 7 branch offices in the DC, Virginia and Baltimore regions.

Additionally, I served as:

Project Manager/ Conversion Specialist - Marine Bank, NA. (1977- 1985)

A Milwaukee based corporation with over 6 billion in assets.

My responsibilities encompassed working with client banks under $300 million

who desired the ability to process in-house as opposed to outsourcing.

I was responsible for assessment of bank applications, custom GL tables,

application install support, client staff training and field support.

My region expanded 5 states.

Other Notables:

I designed custom workshops for 3 major commercial banks and thrift

institutions, authored various training and regulatory policy manuals, held

seminars in Sales, Business Development, TQS, Communication, Public

Assertiveness, Interpersonal Relation and, Coaching for Results.

I was recommended by the ABA (American Bankers Association) for the position

of Extended Education Instructor to teach a course on Selling Financial Services

for the Institute of Financial Education, East Coast Chapter.

I sat on the Board of Directors for a Florida Non Profit Organization, IDUKA,

an organization who creates loans for affordable college educations.

I originated the opening of a Thrift Store for this Organization. I

commissioned the state for 501 © (3) classification to develop the Thrift

Store and Hired Volunteers. I set up the GL accounting program and the

daily sales theThrift Store created an ongoing income stream for the

program.

New challenges are welcoming to me, as I remain open to change, humble to

learning and a tiger for sales.

I am submitting my Resume/ Bio because I am interested in pursuing a position

with your company.
