. Reduced turnover rate of employees from 65% to 14% in a year.
. Reduced linen utilization at Cincinnati Children Hospital from
30 pounds per patient day to 19.88 pounds per patient day in 18
months
. Reduced room cleaning turn around time by 7 minutes with no
increase in FTE's (full time employees) despite a 40% increase
in discharges.
. Reduced medical equipment Delivery time by 50%.
. Reduced Bed Delivery time from 35 minutes to 22 minutes.
. Surgery turn around time. CCHMC (Cincinnati Children's hospital
Medical Center had a goal of 10 minute turn around time between
surgical cases. EVS was at 54 success rate and in six month the
bar was moved to 98 percent of the case were clean in less than
10 minutes. We have maintained this percentage for over two
years.
. Expense budget consistently under budget. In the three years the
patient days at CCHMC has increase by over 31 percent. In 2011
EVS cost was at $17,510,476. In 2012 I reduce cost to
17,100,535. In 2013 I reduce the cost again to 16,937,541. In
2014 through the first six months I am under budget by 3.9
percent.
