PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:
Plant Foreman, Second Shift
Durox Company
Manufacturer of Rubber Parts Ÿ Strongsville, OH 2012 – Present
At Durox, I ensure all employees follow quality standards set by the company, and that they are meeting or
exceeding set productivity goals in each of the seven departments throughout the plant. I am responsible for
efficiency, scrap, and utilization standards for each department including in order to insure proper valuation through
accurate scrap adjustments and accounting for all raw material used in production. I train, cross-train, and utilize
all employees to meet customer demand throughout the plant. I often step-in to troubleshoot processes in order to
run particular jobs more efficiently or to run a unique, difficult, or new job that needs special attention in the
Extrusion Dept. Management representative for Kaizen events. Supervise all employees in a multi-line continuous
extrusion department.
Plant Manager
Keiffer Auto Recycling, LLC.
New, Used & Aftermarket Auto Parts Ÿ Massillon, OH 2009 –
2012
Keiffer was a new, start-up company in 2009 which required hiring all production employees, purchasing inventory
and equipment, and setting up a system for inventorying new and aftermarket parts. I was responsible for all site
operations including scheduling of all production lines, reduction of overtime through proper training, planning,
marketing, sales, inventory management, budgeting, quality control, productivity, cost, safety, and employee
morale. I achieved positive results in all areas. I was responsible for budgeting and quarterly and yearly profit /loss
reviews in addition to project management, regulatory compliance, continuous process improvement, problem
resolution, and frequent procurement of shop supplies, equipment, and materials.
Production Manager & Facilities Manager
LKQ Triplett Auto Wrecking, Inc.
New, Used & Aftermarket Auto Parts Ÿ Akron, OH 2004 – 2009
As production manager and facilities manager, I scheduled and streamlined all work for production and consistently
met and exceeded production goals set by our corporate office resulting in exemplary yearly reviews. I hired and
trained new employees and worked closely with the sales, inventory and warehousing departments to ensure on-
time delivery of parts to our customers. By negotiating with suppliers and vendors, I was able to secure agreements
with vendors for LKQ nation-wide which resulted in a reduction of production costs totaling tens of thousands of
dollars per year. I also discovered an overlooked issue that resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax
savings each year company-wide. I implemented new safety procedures and conducted plant-wide monthly safety
meetings resulting in fewer work-related injuries. In 2008, I was project manager for a 100,000 square foot
expansion worth $6.5 million and oversaw all aspects of construction including the purchasing of all new
equipment and materials. After the expansion, I established an inventory-control bar coding system for all
warehoused parts. I started an employee incentive program which resulted in my employees taking more pride in
their work, becoming more productive, and improved overall quality standards. I took pride in the mutually
respectful relationships I built at LKQ, in successfully building teamwork, and motivating my employees to
improve production.

plant departments to ensure a smooth, high-quality product flow, and to contribute to the implementation of lean
