your business. Pricing Evaluation project involves customization of wholesale products which are currently

available in West Canada for East Canada and Quebec region. Currently pricing evaluation project involves

customizing three products Megalink, Bell Total Connect and Business Internet Dedicated. Out of this Bell Total

Connect currently provisioned in EOM.

Responsibilities:

marketing,Siebel sales and Siebel service. Oracle apps is used for inventory management, product master and

finance module.

Responsibilities:

Gathered requirements from functional users for Sales application.

Redesigned user interface since users are not satisfy with current application look and feel.

Provided customer support(L1) to end users for Ansell Sales and Service application.

Helped user in placing sample order and processing orders.

Generated reports as requested by user from back end using PL/SQL queries.

Worked on Leads Management Module which involved importing of Leads into Siebel. Leads data imported

into Siebel by using EIM jobs. Loaded Lead and Prospect entities based on data files provided by marketing

of the company’s IT landscape. For the sub-project Next Generation CRM, the Group has enlisted the support of

its subsidiary T-Systems – and has tasked it with harmonizing customer relationship management systems in

Hungary, the Czech Republic, Macedonia and Slovakia. Over 25 million business customers and consumers in

these countries leverage Deutsche Telekom’s broad service offering. Up until recently, CRM applications ran on

local legacy systems. Now, functionality and business processes will be standardized across international borders.

To this end, a centralized component will be developed to manage country-specific modifications. Language and

currency, and legal and regulatory requirements are among key localizations to be taken into account. This is a

Multilingual application.
