Responsibilities

displays and the floor outlines. Enforcing policies to improve and maintain the stores metrics. Tracking

our metrics hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and to the year. Provided motivation and teaching skills for the

associates so our metrics could be reached.

Responsibilities

I was personally in charge of the store's appearance . I created the layout of the store, and decided where

the product was to be put on the sales floor. I was in charge of our inventory, and therefore I oversaw the

stock team. After a supervisor quit, I took over their title as well. I carried out all of the required duties of the

supervisor, while maintaing my merchandising responsibilities.
