Selected Projects and Achievements:

Jan 2011– Nov 2013

Finacle Implementation for Discover Financial Services: Managed a team of 85 people through all phases of $30

million project for implementing assets project.

Result: Rescued the project by having strong communication and negotiation skills, selling the idea to the senior

management of the bank for implementing Sprint methodology for requirement phase. Planned strategies to map the

dynamically changing bank’s requirements to Finacle product by leading and executing a marathon of brain storming Sprint

sessions for a time period of 3 months for freezing the overall scope. This sprint management and execution was well

appreciated by the senior management.

Dec 2009 – Dec 2010

Finacle Implementation for Union Bank of California: Guided a team of 45 people to freeze the entire gamut of

interfaces, build new applications and plan for uploads and downloads to do a complete synch up of data from various

systems into one single application.

Result: Got the project back on track within 1 month by creating a well defined backlog plan, creating the interdependency

plan between various systems and tightly integrating offshore development team into the project work stream.

Jan 2009 – Nov 2009

Finacle Implementation for SocGen China: Managed all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for

dozens of custom solutions. Ensured defect free release in an extremely short time span of 4 months. Effort estimation,

Budgeting, project planning, resourcing were some of the critical areas, managed extremely well and appreciated by the

client.

Results: Delivered industry leading banking software that saved clients millions of dollars, shortened processes from weeks

to minutes, and generated huge increase in their overall business within year one of launch. Increase in revenue for Infosys

by $1 million for providing excellent custom solutions.
