Wal-Mart - Irving, TX - December 2004 to Present

I started out as a cashier. Then moved to become a Customer Service Manager. In that position I dealt with

customer issues that occurred, larger amount of cash handling skills & helped cashiers with things they needed

including fixing their machines if something happened to them.

Now I am responsible for a department I have to make sure I have merchandise ordered & stocked in a timely

manner. I'm the supervisor of about 15 people I oversee that they are working properly & doing things that

need to be done.

I am a fast learner. I have been employed with Wal-Mart for 8 years and I have gained a lot of experience.

I help solve daily problems that occur and oversee that things are running smoothly within the department.
