critical developmental military hardware for the M777 weapon system.

Concept Generation and Presentation in ProEngineer. Developed solid and concept models of electric

make breaks as well as artillery tubes. Conducted engineering analysis to ensure robust design using

analytical techniques as well as numerical methods to validate design.

Oversight and planning of developmental and operational testing of military hardware in a live fire

environment. Responsible for ensuring testing is conducted safely and fully validates safety, reliability

and performance of hardware under test.

Lead a cross functional engineering team in development of complex products. This task required work

loading multiple engineering technicians, conducting design reviews, interfacing with customers and

users to ensure development process is aligned with customer expectations.

Lead mechanical engineer on a full bore chrome artillery tube project. Responsibilities included

interfacing with production management as well as research experts to develop and implement new

manufacturing processes to support the post production plating process. End result was successful test

firing of two prototypes with a follow on order for additional production pieces.

Conducted flow analysis and piping system design for jet fuel (JP5) for the US Navy as part of the

development effort for the Ford class of US Nuclear Carriers.
