Procure $23M in services and materials required for 3 business units; 95% of supplies purchased are for technical

products. Negotiate and set up all contracts, change orders, and extensions affecting operating and capital budgets using SAP,

ProCon and Microsoft Office. Conduct site visits and audits. Define Statements of Work. Liaise with Legal and cross-functional

teams to prioritize actions, resolve issues, and meet objectives and schedules.

Unlocked a bottleneck in procuring parts for LM6000 gas turbine engines. Recommended supply chain management

changes that included negotiating a 3-year fixed-contract agreement with a new supplier to save 40%-60% on gas turbine

components alone plus generate additional cost reductions.

Managed a network of local, national and international vendors. Stayed current on legislation affect ing business with each.
