gun compressor.

• Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools.

Plumbing with copper with solider joints or plastic PVC or PEX, install water heater, remove old cast

iron and galvanize sewer and water lines, install new cabinet and counter tops, remodel bath rooms

install new fixtures. Rebuild faucets

• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using

woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, and power tools. Repair drywall or install new and

finish with a smooth or texture coat

• Remove old electrical wiring and replace new wire, install new breaker box when needed, install light

fixtures, switches, receptcial update electric when needed, trouble shoot electric. Install hardwood

flooring and ceramic tile, laminate. Repair HVACs, install duct work, and work on gas floor furnaces.

Install new gas lines and wall heaters.

• Plan and layout room additions, decks, kitchens cabinets, figure materials and costs, place order or pick

up myself. Figure estimates on jobs and obtain work orders. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all

times.

• Collect rent from tenants, lawn care mow and weed eat grass clean property to get ready to lease to next

tenant.
