System) SOSCOE (System of Systems Common Operating Environment)
Role: Team Lead, Led the Configure and Control Team for SOSCOE (System of Systems
Common Operating Environment) in the FCS system platforms.
Led the team to design, develop and unit test of complex configuration and control
family services.
Responsible for :
- Design of software with respect to the requirements and architecture of SOSCOE.
- Development of code in Java and C++ for configuration and control services.
Integrated number of SOSCOE components (several family services) to deploy a

services Team for SOSCOE (System of Systems Common Operating Environment) in the
FCS system platforms.
• Led the team by providing technical guidance and managed the completion of software
design and development. Unit tested source codes for functionalities and requirements for
alignment with several build schedules successfully.
• Being service family focal ensured the execution of service family packages during
incremental builds, dry runs, and FQT cycles.
• Led the team of 16 software engineers to develop code. Developed the team’s operation
plan, schedule and work load assignments, managed and mentored the new team
members. Prepared product review plans at each stage of development, verified plans
and procedures, ensured product and process conformance to project plans and industry
standards. Handled all the technical issues raised during FQT cycles.
• This product was designed using UML under Rational Rose Enterprise, Coded using
Java, JavaScript, C++, XML and Perl script and the data’s were handled using Oracle
database.

Successfully met schedule of all the software build releases, deployed quality product, worked
with changing and less resources. Successfully delivered build in time with a robust schedule.

Key role: Integration Team Lead, in ISS - ICU program (Integrated Communication Unit)
• Designed and developed code for Ports Status, Messaging in Network Management
module of ICU FSW
• Integration of ICU FSW builds for both SEAKR and Xpedite card versions. Produced
Version Description Drawing (VDD) for each major ICU FSW releases. Implemented
and executed the Regression test of the Builds and Performance Tests for ICU FSW.
Developed script to Automate Stress Test for ICU Flight Software. Followed the Agile
methodology for development and delivery process.
Key Achievements in the Project
Successfully met the schedule of the Build releases, deployed quality product and scaled up in
acquiring knowledge of the ICU project in a very short time. Successfully integrated and tested
the builds and released in time with a robust schedule. Completed the development of code
needed for testing the Parasoft tool in one and half week, ahead of targeted scheduled of 12
weeks. The customer was pleased with the quality of work with reduction in Cost by 25K.

Orrtax Inc., Senior System Developer Aug 2003 – Feb2004
Role: Technical Consultant, development of Orrtax, a Financial Tax Software.
• Designed and implemented Financial Tax Software . Designed the module by gathering
requirements from the customer and tailored the needs of the customer into existing
software and created a separate module and developed the server side module for the
financial application. The front application was developed using JSP and server side
application was developed using EJB and JAVA. The Filing Center was developed on
J2EE Architecture and coded in EJB, JAVA, JSP and XML with the SQL Server
Database.
SunGard / Altra Energy Technologies Software Architect/Engineer Apr 2000 – Aug 2003
Role: Team Lead, Led the software team which involved in migrate, developed and delivered
the Oil and Gas Trading software called Energy Transaction Manager (ETM).
• Involved in development of ETM (Energy Transaction Manager) – a web based trading
system. Technologies included Java Server Architecture (Java applets, Java, EJB, JSP),
XML, RMI, SOAP Server, Rational Rose, Oracle (OC4J 9.0.3), Oracle SQL and TIBCO
messaging system, JUNIT3.5 and web browsers MS IE and Netscape.
• Participated in Migration and developed module to migrate data from GMS (Gas
Management System - a legacy system) to JEDI system (or also known as ETM system).
Developed in Java using JBuilder (a Borland Product)
Role: Team Lead, for Altra Portal. A state of the art Global B2B Exchange Portal.
• Developed Altra’s state of the art Global B2B Exchange Portal – a web project built on
top of Epicentric portal server. The system is an effort to integrate all the energy trading
modules of Altra Energy Technologies using Java API’s, JSP, XML, HTML, JRUN and
Apache web server
• Led a team of 22 software engineers who implemented the Liquid Analytics, designed the
Liquid Analytic (to gather data for the flow of gas in different points) to incorporate it to
Altra portal. Designed the system using UML tools. Managed and administered the Altra
portal and supported the customer in day-today business.
• Led the team in developing the web services portal for EXXON administrative purposes.
Developed new administrative modules using JSP, HTML and also wrote some stored
procedures in SQL to extract the data from the database for display and reporting
purposes in portal
• Led the team in designing & developing the portal for ONEOK Company, where in
developed personalized modules to integrate their applications using Java, JSP, and Java

• Developed a module “Altra Ticker” which display 30 minutes delayed real time Nymex
Prices using JSP, Java, Java applets in the front end and C++ to create the daemons in the
backend to process the real time data received from Nymex. TIBCO messaging was used
for the data transaction inside the Altra network
• Being a member of the Architecture group, automated the Applications build process,
configured different servers for application deployments and coded in Java for data
loading using the TOAD PL/SQL software and XML. Developed base modules applying
Data Bound Objects, code in Java, EJB and XML
• Implementation of JUNIT 3.2 and developed UNIT codes for testing beans.
Key Achievements in the Project:
By introducing the JUnit tool to develop the Unit testing for source codes, reduced the
amount of fixes, rework and schedule and developed the quality product. Management
appreciated the reduction in cost and got promoted as Team Lead and handled several
projects independently.

Role: Team Lead, PC version of Mission Evaluation Work Station (PCMEWS) software
• Led the team of engineers to update all the Y2K fixes for the Data Processing System
(DPS) software and Mission Evaluation Work Station (MEWS) and PCMEWS in
Borland C++ and C and released to NASA using Visual Cafe .
Role: Team member, MEWS (Mission Evaluation Work Station) Software for Shuttle
Program.
• Involved in development of MEWS software. Developed the code in C with Motif 1.2 to
request/report the data from Space shuttles. Used Socket Programming extensively to
control and analyze the data traffic to support the Flight/Test of the NASA SPACE
SHUTTLE STATION. Developed the Acceptance procedural objects using Borland C++
5.02 for PC version of Mission Evaluation Work Station (PCMEWS).
• Developed User Interface (GUI) where in, it could access the real time temperature and
pressure of the shuttle as a part of JMEWS project. Used Java, Java Swing. Developed
application using Visual Cafe.
