Virginia, From 2006 to 2011: Mr. Smith was brought to the task to provide

create a working design (Security Layer) using application NetViz. The

layout would then be interconnected to larger design (WAN) for an intuitive

Maritime Intelligence Center, Suitland, Maryland. His primary

products installed SMS v2.0/SQL 7.0 into the production environment.

Writing technical documentation for distribution and installation of ONI's

selected COTS software, training support team in functionality of

application using remote tool and software rebuild, creating process

improvement. Next phase was to migrate users from NT 4.0 account and shares

to Windows 2000 Server/Professional and Exchange 2000. In addition, he

1999. Mr. Smith as a Server Administrator supported the NRL (Naval

Research Lab CLASSIFIED network). He was responsible for account creation

NT 4.0 and Exchange 5.5, and SMS 1.2 deployment software upgrade. He would

provided network upgraded Y2K compliancy, Department of State US Embassies.

Mr. Smith responsibility upgraded Window server and installed SMS1.2/SQL

connectivity to SMS parent site. Add services such as DHCP, WINS, DNS and

upgrade HOT Fix's and upgraded Exchange to 5.5 SPK1, converted MS mail

connector to X.400, and installed HOT Fix's for Y2K on all servers.

network support for the Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command

problems that would occur. Phase I; consisted of the hardware upgrade and

(Phase II) was the operating system from windows 3.1 to NT 4.0 workstation.

the field and migrated all of AFOSI network from UNIX to Windows NT 4.0.

He implemented DHCP, DSN, and WINS on TCP/IP; installed ARCserve software

6.5 for server backups; and installed and configured mail server Exchange

5.5; additional duties installation of network hardware including hubs,

bridges, printers, cabling, and different brands of servers.

Computer Support Specialist, COMPEX CORP., Alexandria, Virginia, 1994 -

1997. As a computer support specialist, Mr. Smith provided user support

for the Office Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans (ODCSOPS) in

the Pentagon. Provide customer support in Windows 3.1 environment,

maintaining functionality of hardware, software and network connectivity

issues. Mr. Smith managed a team of nine people to perform hardware and
