process systems. Assisted in new model launches to integrate lessons learned to new

scrap by 50% and saved 5,000 dollars per week. Implemented single point lesson on use

of safety stock. Member of a cross functional team that prepared data analysis and

delivered class presentation on correct bulb handling to reduce risk in the field for failures.

Provides on site company representation and technical support to customers in support of

ICBM Field Support by performing modifications to the Minuteman III Weapon System

such as, ICBM Security Modernization Program Remote Visual Assessment and other

add on programs. Also initiates corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction with

company products and services. Utilizes multidiscipline, technical expertise and company

knowledge to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the

operation and maintenance of company products by investigating product problems,

Completed all the rough wiring for the homes from floor to the roof, hook up,

troubleshooting, and training of new electricians. Also was the lead electrician responsible

for the codes being meet and setting up wiring diagrams for new model homes. On plant

shut downs helped with maintenance and up keep of plant equipment. Was accountable

for the supervision of 8 to 12 employees.

Attended to the electrical and avionics systems on the T 38 aircraft. Served as the lead

technician for electrical and avionics technicians.

Was in trusted to work on the electrical systems of the F15 Aircraft from component repair

and replacement to troubleshooting of problems to include but not limited to engine start

up, hydraulics, pneumatics and all electrical systems. In charge of the training and

supervision of newly assigned airmen.
