Teamed with union quality team to design a new hire orientation test to incorporate top
process systems. Assisted in new model launches to integrate lessons learned to new
projects studies to reduce repeatability issues. Performed Green Belt project to reduce
scrap by 50% and saved 5,000 dollars per week. Implemented single point lesson on use
of safety stock. Member of a cross functional team that prepared data analysis and
delivered class presentation on correct bulb handling to reduce risk in the field for failures.

ICBM Field Support by performing modifications to the Minuteman III Weapon System
such as, ICBM Security Modernization Program Remote Visual Assessment and other
add on programs. Also initiates corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction with

for the codes being meet and setting up wiring diagrams for new model homes. On plant
