standard hatchability based on age of the flock.

. Trouble shoots hatchery issues pertaining to low

hatchability, lower DOC recovery and higher percentage of

rejection if there is.

. Coordinate to HR department regarding staff requirement,

replacement and termination as per company code of conduct.

. Ensures that all parameters concerning proper incubation

are within the standard to attain the maximum performance

of chicks at the farm.
