I also advised and supervised my student peers. Resident Advisor UNC-Greensboro In this position I worked with a staff to oversee an academic residence hall. I planned and facilitated programs, advised students, supervised the building, and helped the students develop meaningful relationships with each other. Music Teacher Sandhills School of Performing Arts In this position I taught piano, voice, song-writing, and performance to students of all ages and developed a unique curriculum for each student.

Summary

My work experiences have helped me foster strong time management and organizational skills. I have also developed substantial leadership and teamwork skills by working on various staffs as both a leader and a team member. Having worked as an advisor for my peers for so long, I have had many opportunities to strengthen my interpersonal interaction and conflict-resolution skills. I also have substantial experience in handling administrative office-related tasks.
