Feb 2011-May 2011 (temp) May 2011- Jan. 2014 (full time) Managed the
translation of documents from one to often multiple other languages from
preparation to final quality check in a team based, fast paced, multiple-

variety of documents from single page MSDSs to 50,000 word instruction
manuals. Responsible for using several brands of specialty software to

formatting /design issues along with known (and unknown) application
/software issues.
Worked with sales and management to create streamlined work-flows
standards and best practices for reuse on similar future projects for long
term clients, including implementation of new features in our project
management software. Adjusted schedules, payments and document versions
basted on client requests /revisions. Provided multiple solutions to
formatting, content and consistency issues between document revisions and
alternate language versions. Worked with subcontracting linguists and
clients to best get tone of documents, legal requirements and localization
issues resolved to satisfaction of client.

design, translation and software errors in printed, DTP and MS Office
document formats. Rebuilt / restructured files altered by language
