Responsibilities
Gather, sort, and, replenished all tools and supplies needed for shift. Remove all batteries,sims chips and,
SD cards from phones and, sort/place those items into their correct bins. Find/enter all imei numbers, power
on or chage and then power on i-phones in order to get correct imei numbers and, then scan/enter/inventor
them into a computer based program. Tape up phones with broken touch screens. Then place each phone
into designated bin and send down the production/assymbly line. The official quata /goal number of phones
to enter in a shift was/is 400 phones per shift.
Accomplishments
I was able to meet the idea/goal number of phones in a shift and, then exceed that number by thirty percent.
Skills Used
Typing, data entry, factory/wearhouse assembly line, fast paced, teamwork, basic math skills and memory
skills.
Front Desk Clerk/ Night Auditor

Responsibilities
Count drawer upon opening/ closing, answer multiple phone lines, transfer calls to desired location, handle

Accomplishments
I was able to make a big impact in the short time I was there. I made asst mngr within the first month of my
employment with the company. I was even offered a full time job doing the same exact job description by the
owner of the company however; the job was unfortunately in another state at another one of his hotels. I was
even offered a pay raise and an incentive sign on bonus.
Skills Used
Basic knowledge of typing, word processing, data base, speed sheets and basic general computing skills.
Knowledge of multiple phone lines. Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Answer multiple phone lines & transfer calls to multiple extensions, take customers information over the phone
including c/c info and then place authorization holds on the c/c in the amount of the first nights stay in order
to insure their reseation. Handle all customer requests & complaints. Handle all refunds cash/check/& or c/
c. Write up any and all Maintnance and housekeeping slips and work orders. Plan and coordinate all special
events and rallys. Greet each customer, & type up and send out any and all thank you or sympathy letters
to the companies valued regulars.
Accomplishments
I started as a store clerk and, within the first year I was promoted to asst mngr of the store. I was then
promoted to reservations department within the second year of the company hiring me. Once I had worked
in the reservation department of the resort for approximately five months I was promoted once again but, this
time I was promoted all the way up to suporvisor!

I was only there for what I consider to be a very short period of time before I was promoted to team leader. I
was then promoted again to asstant manager within my first year of employment with the company.
