durability and NVH analysis
> Leading the many BIP models for meshing and coordinating with the
team.
> The BIP assemblies like Front Floor, Rear Floor, Roof, Body side
outer, front and rear bumper, Front end, Fenders are Built and
assembled.
> Preparing separate file for each assembly and assigning work to
the team members.
> Planning and estimating hours for the project execution.
> Final review related to meshing and preparing quality check
sheets with respect to CAD and also with respect to elements
failure.
> Final reviews with respect to penetration, free edge, mesh

Finite element modeling of commercial vehicles for FOE and FOT
model builds for Durability analysis.
> Finite element modeling of sub-assemblies. Ex: Closures, BIP.
> Creating spot welds, seam weld structural adhesive, Bolt
connections and sub assembly files are assembled with part tree
structure in hyper mesh
> Assigning proper material properties for the elements
> Preparing mass comparison and properties comparison sheets for
the reference.

hemming by using ANSA.
