DESCRIPTION:
SOM is a web based application. Using this Application our Client can
customize their sales work flows and marketing campaigns, monitor sales
performance and activities and can also manage their contacts, qualify
the prospects and convert them potential customers. SOM shall be a
system, which provides tools to sales teams, and the managers for
managing their sales pipeline as well as using SOM we can achieve the
seamless integration between pre-sales and post-sales activities in a
single application with the information and processes necessary to know
their customers, understand and identify customer needs and effectively
build relationships between the company and customer base.
