While working in our small reactor facilities, I observed an issue with the running of the process that I

was monitoring. By taking immediate action I was able to prevent a bad reaction from occurring which

saved the company $30,000. I was given an award for my diligence.

* Scale-up engineer – write processes for the plant to follow, write process reports, monitor processes

on the plant floor as well as remotely via plant software, sampled reactor contents and preformed QC on

samples.

* Set-up and maintained lab equipment for batch and semi continuous operations.

* Traveled nationally and internationally to plants as the subject matter expert.

Pharmaceutical Technologist, customer service and development work in tablet coating systems and

custom tablet formulations. Depending on the need, I used granulating, spray drying, tablet coating,

and tableting equipment. Preformed analytical test on tablets and coating systems. Responsibilities

also included equipment maintenance and repair. Taught at coatings seminar held by employer.
