Mechanical Plant Technician;

Duties and responsibilities, 2013 Jan to June 2013:

o Maintenance of hydraulic equipment such as pumps, reservoirs

actuators, filters, valves & piston pumps

o Maintenance of air compressors components such as intake filter,

oil sumps, delivery filter, pressure gauges, check valves,

pressure switch, Auto drain

o Periodically removing of sediments deposit in air receivers

o Machine lubrications especially transmitting machine or rot

2. 2010 MAY-2012MAY: CHEMELIL SUGAR COMPANY.

Was actively involved in maintenance of the following plant equipment:

. Boilers, Fuel feeders & spreaders, Furnace pressure and boiler

control

. Economizers and auxiliary equipment, Centrifugal,rotary and gear

pumps

. Hydraulic and pneumatic system components, Water treatment &

compressors maintenance

. Water pump maintenance-greasing & oiling, checking bearing

temperature, checking alignment of pump set.

. Test operation of safety alarms, inspect and test freedom of oil

mechanical parts of scrubbers, dumpers, stockers

. Boiler feed water treatment by using chemical treatment such as lime
