Project:
Project Title : Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC ) control
using DCS
Team size :4
Role : Programmer and handling hardware & installation
Description : In this project the temperature of the various zones in a
building is maintained using HVAC control using DCS. In this we can maintain
both heating and cooling temperature in a building. Where central cooling and
heating system provide specific temperature but in HVAC we can provide both
heating and cooling temperature inside a building. This process is controlled using
distributed control system (DCS) and monitored using SCADA. In this we use
forced type air flow and the temperature is maintained using variable air volume
and variable air temperature.
Project Title : Universal test rig

Role : Programmer and handling hardware & installation
Description : In this project damage of valve during molding and shaping is
detected. We can detect the damage valve of 2, 3, and 4 open in the quality line.
Controlling the air pressure inside the test valve using PLC and monitored using
SCADA. We maintain pressure (3, 4, 5 BAR) inside the test valve to detect the
defected valve. In this process the type of valve is automatically identified and the
valve is tested.
