AT&T, GTE, US Army, United Nations, Pepsi, Kraft, KLM, Mercedes Benz, Royal Bank, etc.).

for a multimillion dollar IT professional services company.

New York Stock Exchange (NYSE):
• Hands-on architectural development for a robust worldwide network to interconnect global equity markets.
• As a special project for John Phelan, then Chairman of the NYSE, created a theoretical model to detect

and deployed the ICASS system as the backbone technology for the NYSE StockWatch surveillance system.

• Architectural development of a global private network to interconnect cash markets.

The Consolidated Edison Company of New York (ConEd):
• Created the SPEC-CHECK expert system to perform automated quality oversight of the New York City and
Westchester County electrical grid.
• Established business practices and developed technology, including the creation of natural language
systems, thereby transforming a nascent help desk into a 24x7 world-class help center and rapid response
