positive atmosphere with my onsite staff, responding quickly to tenants needs, schedu ling all

work orders and following through the completed work orders in “Rent Manager” software.

Additional responsibilities; reviewing of licenses and insurance certifications of vendors,

building elevators, Fire and Pool requirements as stated in City Codes. Maintained a calendar

of upcoming inspections by city to prevent any possible fines. Managed leasing open houses,

posting three-day notices, filing evictions in courthouse, supervising the evictions at the

courthouse and residential unit.

Lease promotion; using multimedia software; designed brochures, newspaper ads and building

signs attracting new tenants.
