qualification processes.) Includes maintaining process development
history of all tool development.
. Performs capability studies and supplies data to support final
process assumptions.
. Manages sample run request as applicable to the tooling/molding
development process
. Directs the use, design and maintenance of the electronic data

. Assists Manufacturing with difficult troubleshooting problems on
production equipment and processes.
. Maintains methods to identify and address top OEE issues as related
to the molding process.
. Supervise and lead the AAC Mold technicians as it relates to
Process Compliance and troubleshooting of mold processes.
. Lead material usage improvements through improved processing,
technology and application approvals.
. Support product/process and Lean improvements.
. Have experience with injection presses ranging from 25-2500 tons.
Husky Stack Press making two door's for F-150 ford truck. That has
sequential valve gates.
. Able to program ABB robots (RB 3000) and make end of arm tooling to
pick parts from mold.
. Studies engineering and technical publications to keep current on
technological changes and developments in the industry and related
fields.
. Converted all colors from a 25:1 let down to 50:1 let down to cut
cost down 50% on color.
. At Tente casters I used the Systematic Molding approach on all of
the 41 molds they have. Documenting and improving the quality,
cycle times, and uptime of all machines.
. Created all work instructions for all equipment for molding
department.
. Lead in the installation of a central material feed system (CONAIR)
. Lead in the installation of 5 new injection molding machines.
