Responsibilities:

. My role is to organize, set up and optimize production, while observing specifications.

. To ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible, reducing costly inefficiencies to a minimum.

. Responsible for making sure that the manufacturing equipment is in good working order to make as much product as the marketplace dictates, with as little leftover scrap as possible.

. Responsible for the timely delivery from the raw materials to the finished products achieving quality standards.

. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

. I have done my final year project "DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF STIRLING ENGINE WITH APPLICATION OF AIR CONDITIONER" which is my own innovative project.

Mini Project:

. We designed and fabricated "AUTOMATIC RAIN OPERATED WIPER" which is more used in automobile field in recent days.

Industrial Visits:

. We have visited ASHOK LEYLAND which helped me to learn chassis assembly and engine assembly.

. We have also visited TVS BRAKES INDIA as a single day trip which was more useful in learning about assembly of brakes and brake shoe materials.

. We have also visited CPCL which was helpful for me to learn about the refineries and refining process of crude oil.

. We have also visited ICF which helped me to learn about how railway coaches are made and also how the painting & wiring process is done.

Implant Training:

. I have undergone implant training in ASHOK LEYLAND for a span of 10 days in which I learnt the assembly of chassis and engine.

. I have undergone implant training in TI METAL FORMING for a span of 10 days which helped me to learn about roll forming of railway wagon parts and door frames of cars.

SEMINARS:

. Have participated in DOMINUS MACHINUS'11 and won 'First Prize' in "CAD-MODELLING" held in 'Prathyusha Institute of Technology And Management', Tiruvallur.

. Have presented a paper in national level conference NCAME '2011' on topic "Analysis of Influencing of Air Gap Forms during Casting Solidification Using FEA" held in 'Sri Balaji
