Summary of qualifications
• Over 15 years in the medical field working my way from a nurses aid to an RN.
• I’ve been a Clinical Nurse Manager, Field Nurse, Charge Nurse, Floor Nurse, Camp
Nurse and a Private Duty Nurse.
• Very comfortable in performing direct patient care needs and all that is relevant
pertaining to but not limited to- wounds, colostomies, urinary and suprapubic catheters
and placements of NG tubes, IV’s, lab draws. I’ve operated various brands of feeding
pumps, IV pumps, wound VACs and EKG equipment. In addition sterile dressing
changes such as PICC lines and central venous catheters. I want to note comfortability in
patient/nurse therapeutic relationships too.
• Highly skilled in admitting patients (including OASIS), All types of assessments, the
nursing process and noting sudden/subtle changes in conditions.

Duties: Medication administration, treatments, assessments and documentation of Post-Acute
patients for rehabilitation, Dementia/Alzheimer and long term care geriatric patients. With strict
adherence to nursing protocols, Supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, included but not
limited to, IV administration of meds, G-tubes and wound Vacs.

Duties: Clearing and screening inmates for admission to jail, passing medications, treatments,
documentation and protocol adherence.
