• Led a team of four technicians in establishing mission-critical network connectivity and services for a group of over 300 personnel by configuring Cisco Routers and Switches and a Canoga Perkins Fiber Modem
• Troubleshot Radar Mode 4 link outage during ongoing military operation, replaced and reconfigured faulty fiber optic modem, restored 200,000 square mile tactical air picture to a geographically isolated location
