WORK EXPERIENCE

Package Handler

Jabil Circuit - Memphis, TN - March 2014 to May 2014

Responsibilities

My responsibilities consisted of checking the paper work from the night before to see if any orders were left over.

After that I would then log into the computer in my assigned area and provide my personal log in information.

Then I would start on the orders for the day, I would first scan each box in, tape it shut and provide it with a

caution label. I would then proceed by using the box lift to palletize all orders. Then I would quickly move the

product to the shipping area where I prep for delivery.

Accomplishments

I provided my area with the will to work continuously. If the job was not finished by the end of the day then I

wouldn't leave until it was finished. My area knew they could count on me.

Skills Used

Being able to memorize alot of orders and remembering where they should be put.

Recieving Clerk

Nike - Memphis, TN - October 2013 to March 2014

Responsibilities

Each day we would start out with a routine team meeting discussing the production from the previous day and

the target goal for the day. We would then proceed by stretching and doin our daily workouts. We would then

split into the assigned groups and either begin offloading cargo or palletizing.

Accomplishments

Reaching the goal for the month was always a good feeling, each time during the month was competitive and

fun at same time.

Skills Used

Being able to lift over 80lbs repeatedly, also having the ability to read long order numbers.

Unarmed Security Guard

Global Security - Memphis, TN - July 2012 to June 2013

Responsibilities

I was responsible for logging in every visitor at the front gate of the assigned apartment complex. I would first

have to get the drivers name, whom they were visiting and the cars tag number. I was also responsible for

providing a safe lookout amongst the residents

Accomplishments

Making the residents feel safe, even though I was unarmed and I couldn't prevent anything major from

happening I still did a good job at that.

Skills Used

Being able to communicate with people in a respectful manner and also bein able to help others understand

that you have a job to do.
