Directed all Compuware ventures, including due diligence, investments, and development.

* Led multiple start-ups in a COO role including HOSCOMM, a hospital communications software group that provides mobile integration with EMR medical records software.

* Instrumental in creating a technical consolidation group.

Led all global product (software) development projects and managed eight global development labs.
