Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing technical support and training to end users and team members for

following product:

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)

KIOSKS (Cash Deposit Kiosk, Passbook Kiosk, Cheque Deposit Kiosk).

LMP(Line matrix printer).

DMP(Dot matrix printer),Passbook Printers.

Responsible for managing all aspects of troubleshooting client /ATM

installations.

Analyze and determine root cause analysis of ATM issues.

Apply technical knowledge to the troubleshooting of Cash Dispensor

problems.

Analyzing Log data and Cash Discripency issues(Cash Shortage, Cash Excess,

Etc.).

ABAP Skills:

Reports: Creation of Classical, Interactive and ALV Reports.

Layout Sets: Creation of new SAP scripts, Smart forms and related control

programs. Modification of Standard SAP scripts.

BDC: Development of Classical Batch Input and Call transaction programs for

uploading data from legacy system to SAP system for various transactions.

Data Conversion/Interfaces using LSMW.

Data Dictionary: Creation and maintenance of tables, structures, views and

other dictionary objects.

Module Pool Programming: Knowledge in Module Pool Programming.

Enhancements: Conceptual knowledge on User Exits and Badi's to enhance the

functionality of standard business applications.

Knowledge on processing IDOC's, Setting Partner Profiles, knowledge in ALE

interfaces and creating RFC interfaces.

Menu Painter: Development of menu interfaces for various screens and

interactive lists.

Screen Painter: Development of screens for user-defined transactions and

writing of associated modules mainly for data entry in user-defined tables.
