Application Engineer
. Provided application support for the Texas Instruments Micro-controller
group during the migration to Fusion HF (VX250, VX500) and Fusion EX
(FX1, FX2). Result: Allowed TI production to meet volume requirements
and reduce cost of test.
. Developed flash memory testing on Fusion platform to support multi-site
testing. Result: increased test time efficiency.
. Involved in various Failure Analysis projects to support Texas
Instruments. Result: Created better test methodologies to help identify
potential rejects during production test.
. Developed characterization programs to help qualify various Micro-
controller products for production release.

families.
( Updated and maintained Advantest ATE test programs, implemented test
guardbands, yield enhancement, developed cost reduction strategies,
provided technical support for customers, analyzed customer returns and
implemented new test or test methodologies based on customer return
analysis.
( Main lead contact for U.S. during the package qualifications and
product test site transfers to offshore manufacturing sites in Asia.
( Converted the micro-controller family HC11E9 from Advantest test
platform to Teradyne J750. Responsible for correlating between both test
systems, analyzing data and assisting in program development and
loadboard design review. Result: Reduced test time and lowered
production cost of test.
( Led Fab transfer project for the HC11E9 and the HC711D3. Completed
die and package stresses, updating probe and final test programs and
assisted Marketing Department in order to provide customer samples.
