Clinical Operations Trainer

• Responsible for training and monitoring, MD, PA, FNP, NP, MA, RN on EMR systems such as Eclinical work and NextGen; while getting them acclimated to clients clinical operations

and maintaining users at a significant level of competency with the application.

• Develop a working knowledge of all applications within the organization and be the main point of contact for end users.

• Create, develop, implement and maintain the appropriate training programs within the end user group. This includes developing and implementing the

training sessions for new software applications for end users.

• Facilitate new clinic openings, clinic closing and auditing establish clinics for compliancy. Travel 90%

medication module for DSI dispensing of medication, generating an encounter note with the proper codes, finalizing an office visit,

• Set up the provider preferences list, epescribing,, charting and default templates.

• Train providers in EPM on associating patients with specific visit types, processing insurance claims, attaching payment to active batch and reconciling the batch, transaction posting,

adding insurance information and scheduling in EPM, insurance verification through Availity.

• Facilitate the management of client during the implementation process including, but not limited to, discussions with client and account

manager regarding potential delays in the implementation as a result of missed or incomplete task/milestones .
