To implement Symptom Tracker application, a part of the Caring 4 Cancer application used by P4 LLC to

track Symptoms Master entries, track Symptom Ratings of each patient against each symptom and to display

graphs for each symptom so as to get a pictorial view of the symptom ratings based on Daily, Weekly, Monthly,

Yearly etc.
