Key Resposibilities OM
Creation of sales orders
Removing holds and releasing the orders
Making changes to the orders as per the customer's requirement
Cancelling the orders as per the customer's request
Escalating the delayed orders to supply chain for prioritization
Act as liaison between back-end and front-end teams
Conducting audits in the areas of backlog monitoring, adherence to process,
documentation, knowledge and awareness on the changes in the process, key
