Job Description: Responsible for day to day operations of the facility as well as digital design / unique
packaging solutions/ manufacturing / production in the development of miniature and micro RF com-
munication / data link solutions.
• Designed micro processor/controller solutions to interface and control RF data links.
• Designed and adapted interfaces to various peripherals such as audio, video/photo, sensor and RF
products.
• Developed concepts and solutions for ultra small packaging methods including, flip chip, wire
bonding, die stacking, MCM and advanced layout techniques.
• Designed unique packaging solutions for micro RF transceivers.
• Developed solutions for installation of add on RF transceivers and various other circuitries into
COTS and already developed products and packages.

Joint Tactical Network System.
• Performed integration, test, and sell-off of various pieces of equipment to the Government includ- ing VME-
based processor systems, RF transceivers, digital tape recorders, battery backup sys-
tems, and antennas. This equipment was utilized on military ships and aircraft. Assisted with the installation
of these systems on their designated vehicles.
• Provided technical support to the field and fleet during normal operations as well as test events.
• Performed design analysis and suggested changes to existing equipment to solve problems as they
were detected.
