Support and ensure availability of production-environment product and applications for external customer s on Learning
Management System on Sumtotal and Docent LMS. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, incident management

Configuration and Technical Engineer Specialist for Google Search Appliance 09/2013 - 04/2014
Develop, Configure and Support the Google Search Appliance (GSA) which is used as Single Search Portal across the Project
and Helpdesk. Task included configuring the GSA tool to search from learning courses, Project SharePoint’s and Database
records from Siebel and BMC Remedy. This project was internal and support 1400 end users in Accenture Operations.
Role and Responsibility include:
Develop and Maintain the User Interfaces (UI) of the Search Portal using HTML and Extensible Stylesheet
Language (XSLT).
Maintain the website and Database access by the GSA and ensure crawling error s are handled.
Used Dynamic Navigation functionality in GSA to solve the content growth issue.
Monitor the Portal usage using Google Analysis.
Migration of Accenture Ops Management Tool 08/2013
Migrated a .Net Application which is used as a Management Tool for Accenture Operation. Our responsibility include s
migrating the Application components which consists of SSIS packages, SSRS report, Database and Web pages of the
website tool from Window Server 2003 to 2008 R2.
Role and Responsibility include:
Setup the Web Application on Internet Information Service (IIS), migrate the Databases, Configure the SSRS server
and added the reports and Update the SSIS package for the Product Testing and Production environments.
Coordinated and worked with different teams for t he migration including the Techops for Setup of the Window
Servers and DBA team for SQL Server Issue.
Worked with the Software Quality Engineering (SQE) for testing for the application and its components.
Tasks during the GO LIVE Maintenance window include restore the latest Database into new Production
environment and conducted basic smoke testing.

Daily Monitoring and ensuring more than 200+ SQL SSIS Server Job running on MS SQL Server 2005 completes successfully
without any data validation error. We supported jobs for eight clients and ensure the feeds are sent successfully to
downstream application including LMS, Taleo, Information Management System, Portal etc.
Role and Responsibility include:
Ensure that the confidentiality and Integrity of Customer data is maintained always. All Data validation errors are
informed to the concern customer helpdesk to correct the discrepancy.
Handled all Job failures by informing the respective teams if input feed has not arrived, investigating Issue and
ensure the feed has been processed within SLA so that the required data has been sent to downstream
applications.

Procurement Application Technical Engineer Analyst for Accenture SIM 03/2013 - 10/2013
Daily Support and Maintenance of the Accenture Procurement Supplier Information System (SIM) which uses a Aravo
Vendor SaaS (Software as a Service) tool. Responsibilities include incident management and change management for the
tool. The number of user for the Accenture SIM was about 40,000+.
Role and Responsibility include:
Maintain availability of System and Data Integrity with the SaaS tool Aravo
Work with different Procurement team like Account Payable, Commodity leads, Sup plier Vendor Maintenance and
made sure that the data is consistent as this data is later used for legal and Fina nce teams of Procurement
Conduct and lead the weekly call with the Accenture Procurement Leadership and Aravo Vendor team to resolve
