Responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of the import and export logistics, working

documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable international, federal and local actions to the import

and export of equipment, materials and samples of the complex. Responsible for following policies and

procedures of customs and trade compliance on corporate, assist in the coordination, receipt and release of

imports and maintains documentation of the inputs and the related files.

Material Owner at GE

December 2012 - March 2013 (4 months)

• Plan/ purchase materials (both direct/indirect).

• Establish inventory entitlement/expense budgets.

• Maintain MES system adequacy to ensure supplier parameters.

• Meet plant’s inventory targets.

• Drive MES execution. TPOP, warehouse functionality and / or production scheduling, and comply to with

their respective metrics.

• Track & monitor metrics related directly to material such as, but not limited to, material availability,

supplier expedite report, past due orders, committed orders report, excess on order, supplier scorecards etc.

• Active involvement in all material initiatives such as minimum order quantity reductions, lead-time and

supplier consolidations, in order to meet inventory goals.

• Engage in all MES enhancements; lead distributions / implementation to plant as needed.

• Work with reports such as FSOW, RM and RK, well as any other (i.e. Business Objects Load Reports) to

pull customer demands and/ or requirements.

• Upload & maintain current schedules MES against planned lines capacity; including MSO input.

• Be the interface between customer and production shop floor, interact on a daily basis to proactively solve

material shortage situations and follow up, in order to meet and/or resolve customer demands.

• Communicate as well, across multiple departments manufacturing issues and customer needs in order to

achieve in time problem resolution.

• Own G14M metric and assist all other customer related requests. Maintain overall response time to

customer below the 4 hours allowed time frame, 98% of the time, as required.

• Maintain (track and monitor) weekly metrics’ reports that inform both production and material team

delivery performance on targets, i.e. Ensure all quality issues reach full resolution and maintain financial

accuracy.

Logistics Coordinator at YOBEL SCM

June 2012 - December 2012 (7 months)

• Increase productivity every month at .07%. Carry order and parts to manufacturing line.

• Balance every part has a specific weight amount of parts are deter med by total weight.
