CAREER SUMMARY
I am an experienced OR Director and Nurse. I have broad-based expertise in
teaching, mentoring, auditing processes, writing policies and procedures,
leadership, compliance, and encouraging staff to excel in nursing practice,
all of which are necessary for these positions. Leadership and operations
in Surgical Services are my strengths, though I also see the big picture
and help my colleagues throughout the house develop answers to process
