•Instruct my crew of the daily mine plan to deliver mine requirements on a

shift by shift basis. Optimize the best practices to improve pit productivity.

Oversee material movement required in accordance with the mine plan. Make

adjustments to mine plan execution based on alternate mine plans if current

mine plan unable to execute. Have good communication with other

supervisors and meet regularly with superintendents. Supervise my crew of on

the draglines, mobile equipment and all other areas of operations needed.

Dragline Operator and Management June 1985 - April 2012

•Worked for Texas Westmoreland Coal Company, which was previously

Northwestern Resources for 27 years. I Worked in management and as a

dragline operator. I completed drag line certification school at Illinois State

University and did receive a certificate. I have computer experience and

worked with the technicians on the dragline computers. I have trained many

co-workers on the drag line and filled in as Supervisor. During my

employment with this company I have worked in maintenance on the dragline

and I'm a certified welder with Marion Power and Shovel. I have experience

operating all mining equipment 2570 and B& E I'm also certified to operate

all equipment listed: dozers 6 thru 11, scrapers double barrel 637 and 657, end

dump, front end loader, Motor grader G14 and 16, backhoe and round the pit

bucket wheel. I have gained much experience, skills and knowledge over the

years I have worked in the coal mining industry.
