• OPTIMIZATION OF OPEN WELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMP USING VALUE ENGINEERING

Description: 2 MONTHS (JAN-FEB’13)

The goal of the project is to reduce the cost of existing pump by changing certain materials and design

without affecting the efficiency of the pump. Reduced the size, weight and unwanted parts of the pump.

• FABRICATION OF MOBILE POWER GENERATOR USING STIRLING ENGINE.

Description: 2MONTHS(MAR-APR12)

A stirling engine generator which is compact tool for producing power was fabricated using sheet metal.

• In VOLKSWAGEN COIMBATORE – as Junior Technical and Quality Inspector.

• Identifying the defects in various parts of the vehicle that occurs due to the prevailing standard

conditions and notifying the so the Volkswagen Group sales for rectifying the same.
