converting systems to N. America's
leading folding-carton converters, e.g., Graphic Packaging International,
Altivity, Cascades, Alcan, International Paper. Volume $1.7mm.
. 8% Increase in Customer Productivity. Convinced all Johnson Controls
plants in Mexico to make investment in Bernal training program, which
thereby increased JCI's throughput by 8%; reduced their reject rate;
and enhanced their system reliability. (JCI manufactures the lead
plates inside car batteries.)

management, defined new internal processes and routines that improved
the turn-around time needed for specific customer repairs.

sales/marketing, including: market and prospect identification; total trade-
show orchestration; conference speaking; and writing of collaterals.

. Sold 1st N. American RFID 'Smart-Label' System. Selling in an
intensely competitive environment - because of competition's 3 USA
installs - discovered customer's hot-button; then closed on
Bielomatik's first US sale at LabelExpo Brussels. Installed at
world's largest label maker in 2004.
. New Business Development. Initiated the sale of 1st North American
book system installation.
. Persuaded Fortune 500 to Travel. Created a need, and convinced NCR
Corp., RR Donnelly, and Quebecor to travel to Europe and evaluate
Bielomatik's cutting-edge technology.
