Scope: Build a Supplier Portal to grant access to OEM Supplier and Buyers for demand notification and supply
commit.
The business logic resides at the backend system based on Unix and Pl Sql whereas the front end Portal is a Java
application.
Project 2: Clear To Build
Scope: Build a Supply Chain Visibility solution to enable Apple to collaborate with their manufacturing and
material supply partners.
At the core of this solution is the tool, Kinaxis, that will generate a Clear-To-Build forecast for Apple Material
Management and Procurement teams.

Scope: Enable the utilization of customer direct data within Kraft’s supply chain to enhance forecasting
capabilities and generate a more accurate customer forecast.
For this multi-vendor PoC (first time in Kraft Foods history), JDA Manugistics generated the most accurate
forecase, and hence was the chosen tool for this implementation.
