Description
OpsCentral - Mutual Fund Transfer of Assets (MFTOA) is an application
used by the employees of the brokerage firm to process the transfer of
assets (Mutual funds) in a customer account between two different one
brokerage firm and/or bank to another. The application would process both
incoming and outgoing assets. The process involves tracking the assets
through various statuses - The initiation of transfer, doing the paperwork,
follow up of pending transfer, update of the DTCC(Depository Trust Clearing
Corporation) number, and completion. The TOA application was designed to
handle both ACAT (Automated Customer Account Transfer) and non ACAT
transfers.
OpsCentral - TOA as is a .Net based windows application with
around 300 daily users. The application is developed in .Net with C# as the
language. It uses a service oriented architecture supported by web
services. The application extensively uses object oriented concepts.

Description
Restricted Stock Workflow is a windows application that provides a work
flow to process the restricted stock securities. Restricted stocks are
acquired in transactions that do not involve public offering. Restricted
securities has certain restrictions on them cannot be sold as the usual
securities. Clients who plan to sell the restricted securities would submit
the paperwork to the firm. The firm uses the application to process the
sell intent of a customer.
The application also has features to implement section 16 reporting.

Description
Client Central is a single user friendly windows application which is used
by more than 10,000 reps (Representatives). This application provides a
single platform for Customer management (Management of customer information
of the brokerage firm), Cashiering (includes processing of deposits, wires,
journals, money links), Offers, Billing and many other activities. My work
in the project dealt with frontend, developing new projects and to
integrate it with the application, providing enhancements, bug fixing and
maintaining the application.
