North American Technical Center Laboratory.
Directly supervises two employees as well as indirectly overseeing production efficiency through Quality Control analysis and
root cause analysis of batch errors.
Works to ensure that current good manufacturing processes are considered.
Delegates tasks to ensure that all projects are completed on time, in full and accurate.
Works as the liaison between Sales staff and Technical staff

Provides customer support in formulating coatings – working with customers to improve their current formulations and/or
providing starting point formulations for new applications.

both solvent and waterborne) and Polyaspartics – specifically for corrosion protective coatings.
Responsible for sourcing raw material samples for formulation project work
Tests coatings formulations via ISO and ASTM test methods – as well as develops and utilizes internal test methods to meet
customer requirements.
Provides support and recommendations for pigment packages to coatings, plastics and construction market customer bases.
